Think of polar night, six months of cold darkness. Think of short, intensive summers under the midnight sun. Think of a land, as bi-polar as it’s climate.
To survive here, you need to be a bit mad. A little mad, and quite a bit tougher. Like those wild bilberries, we season our gin with. They fight their way through the frozen earth just to survive. It's hard, yeah, but you can truly taste their zest for life.
And just like the bilberries, our ideas have to fight through a dark and frosty element to be noticed. And only the bravest survive.
It’s these ideas that take us to the extremes. To the thin line between brave and stupid. They drive us to make gin. World’s best gin. At the arctic circle.
That’s what we call north of ordinary.
